Ive upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 8 using the upgrade assistant. Everything was working flawlessly up until I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and that's when Itappears in my drivers list BUT ONLY if I select show hidden and then when I click the drop down arrow on the bluetooth everything is greyed out. - Hardware troubleshooter (says "Bluetooth is not available on this device. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS. Shutdown the Intel NUC. Remove the power cord from the Intel NUC, then reconnect it. Turn the Intel NUC back on and press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup again.
